Yoga - not just a fad, its a workout
Yoga has proven over years that its just not a fad, its here to stay and has become a popular form of exercise for people of all ages and fitness levels, focusing on breath awareness while performing poses (asanas). There are many different types of yoga, each offering unique variations of gentle and challenging poses
I have been attending Hot Yoga for almost 2 years now, I have found that it challenged me in developing strength and flexibility, improved my posture and brought me focus and concentration. Each class leaves me feeling rejuvenated and fit, ready for the day ahead. So you might have guessed by now, I’m a true believer in the benefits. I highly recommend yoga for all mums looking for some "me time", or better yet, get your kids involved and have some fun!
Remember, always be aware of your body and how it feels while you are performing any type of exercise and always tell your yoga teacher if you are pregnant, have any recent injuries or illnesses.
