How do I make an order?
- Select your product: Simply navigate to the product you would like to purchase, select your size, and colour choice
- Add to Cart: Your items are then added to your shopping cart
- View your Cart: You can view the items in your cart at any stage by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top of the webpage
- Check Out: When you are ready to place your order!
- Update: Review your order and press update where changes have been made. Or Continue Shopping if you're not quite ready yet!
- Check Out/ Check Out With Pay Pal: You will be redirected to PayPal for fast and secure online payment. Payment information, billing and shipping address will be confirmed at this stage.
- Shipping Options: Will be shown during the check out process. Remember, all orders over $50 receive FREE parcel post shipping!

How can I pay for my order?
You can make payment to Mothers Avenue via PayPal for trusted, faster, and a safer way to pay online without sharing financial details. All transactions are in Australian Dollars. Please consult PayPal or your financial institution regarding any foreign exchange fees and charges that may apply.
How much do you charge for shipping in Australia?
FREE Parcel Post Shipping for orders over $50
Parcel Post - $7.80 flat rate Australia wide (approx. 4-7 business days for delivery)
Express Post - $9.90 flat rate Australia wide (approx. 1-3 business days for delivery)

When is shipping calculated in the order process?
When checking out, you will be taken to the PayPal page to input your payment information and billing address. After this step, you will be shown your available shipping options. Remember, all orders over $50 receive FREE parcel post shipping!
When will my order be delivered?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within two business days of payment. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding Queensland Public Holidays
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been approved and dispatched, a tracking number will be provided. This is for both Parcel and Express post shipping. You can track your delivery on the Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track
How will my order be packaged?
We post all orders in parcel satchels. All clothes have tags with composition and care instructions.
What is my size?
We recommend ordering based on your usual clothing size (i.e your pre-pregnancy size). Please refer to the size charts and tables
Are the colours of the clothing shown in the photos accurate?
Effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the product photos on our website. However colours may vary slightly from those displayed on your monitor or internet browser
What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
If you are not happy for any reason, Mothers Avenue will exchange or refund your purchase provided the following conditions are met (note Sale items will be examined on return and may receive store credit only):
a) Return item within 14 days of dispatch date;
b) Ensure item is in their original, saleable condition with all packaging, swing tags and labels attached;
c) Post item along with completed Exchanges and Returns Form (found on the back of your invoice) to Mothers Avenue;
d) You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us
e) Exchanges/refunds are to the value of the original purchase price (excluding shipping)
Mothers Avenue takes no responsibility for issues that arise which are beyond our control (e.g. lost items that do not reach us). We recommend you return the item using an insured, secure, and tracked method. Please send your returned goods to:
